Typical Cases

A typical case at my practice is a collision involving a bicycle and a motor vehicle. The most common are cars and trucks turning left in front of an oncoming bicycle, turning right after passing a bicycle, or hitting a bicyclist from behind. Some less typical cases are bicycle manufacture, assembly and repair negligence resulting in injury.
 
The Claim process is:
The process may take up to two years depending upon speed of the victim’s recovery and whether litigation is required to obtain just and fair compensation for the injuries.
