Hiring Me
Contact me for a free consultation to discuss your incident and terms of my employment. If you are comfortable with hiring me, we enter into a fee agreement and I handle all aspects of your claim for you. My fees are contingent upon recovering money for you. In other words, no recovery = no fee. The percentage used to determine my fee depends upon many variables, but usually runs 1/3 of the recovery. The fee is determined and agreed upon at the time of my hiring.
Fee disputes are rare. Clients are encouraged to communicate directly with me or my associates regarding case status and fee questions.
